A traveling expo of the Dutch artist DICX.

 

DICX, synonym for Dick Evers, is a women-man. His latest international project Global Female Body Language is an investigation into the women of the world in Europe. As a modern Michelangelo DICX is traveling around, looking for characteristic female bodies, which he perpetuates in his art. By making an object of art of her, she is coming alive. They are individual pictures, forming a mutual object of art and story altogether.

 

Global Female Body Language puts women of the world from various countries alive.

Central are:

1)      The body: 3D sculptures

2)      The image: 2D hand painted and jeweled paintings and photographs.

3)      The story: the stories of her. Who is she? How does she live? What inspires her?

DICX is an artist as well as entrepreneur, investigator and traveller. In short, the contemporary humo universals. DICX believes, like Leonardo da Vinci, that ideal beauty is hidden in raw material and that it has only to be made free.
